Questions & answers

Everything guests ask us before they travel.

Booking & payment

Send us a message on WhatsApp (+998 00 000 00 00), by email or through the enquiry form with your dates and number of guests. We reply with a tailored itinerary and price. Once you are happy with it, we confirm the booking and the payment terms in writing, so you know exactly what is due and when.

Comfort & halal

Uzbekistan is a Muslim-majority country and traditional Uzbek cuisine is built around lamb, beef, rice and bread, so halal food is easy to find. Some restaurants do serve alcohol, and pork appears occasionally on international menus. We recommend restaurants we trust and can request halal-certified places if that matters to you.

General

Our packages include handpicked 4-star hotels with daily breakfast, private airport and city transfers, Afrosiyob high-speed train tickets between cities, guided sightseeing and our 24/7 concierge in Arabic and English. International flights, lunches and dinners, and monument entrance tickets (about $25–30 per person, paid on entry) are not included. Each tour page lists exactly what is and isn’t covered.

Travel & visas

Many nationalities, including citizens of several GCC states, can visit Uzbekistan visa-free for short stays, and others can apply for an e-visa online. Entry rules change from time to time, so send us your nationality and we will confirm the current requirements for your passport before you book.
